The Observatory Guesthouse was purpose built & is located within walking distance to the famous Busselton Jetty, the Underwater Observatory & many beautiful swimming beaches. The Busselton town centre, with it's wide range of boutique and specialty stores, cafes, restaurants & two major shopping centres, is also only minutes away .

Three of them have Queens size beds the other a Queen & a Single for the small family or extra guest. Along with their own ensuite, refridgerator & tea & coffee facilities, our rooms also boast a reverse cycle air-conditioning & homely, neutral decore to make you stay comfortable & relaxing.
