The Accommodations3 BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED APARTMENTS IN THE PERFECT LOCATION NEAR BEACHES AND THE CITY. All our apartments have a queen size bed and a sofa that can fold out to a comfortable double bed for a third guest. Our preference is to accommodate couples in all the apartments however if accommodation is required for a 3rd guest the options are for an adult or child 8 years or over. $40.00 is the usual extra charge for this. The front unit has its own private balcony with an outdoor setting overlooking our park and the hills. The rear unit features a private courtyard and an outdoor setting where guests can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The prices for these studios vary from $95 for a single person to $120 for a couple. Our second level deluxe apartment is over 100 square metres and has a large outdoor balcony where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets/sunrises over the hills with 240 degree views out to Perth. This apartment has a separate bedroom with a large living area, Please note: access to this apartment is via an outdoor spiral staircase. Prices for this apartment vary and are seasonal ranging from $120.00 per night to $160.00 All our apartments have private parking facilities and we are happy to look at negotiation on prices depending on your length of stay/season/number of guests and earlybird bookings. LocationPark Beach Place is located in the Northern Coastal Suburbs of Perth, ideally situated just 15 minutes from the City Centre via the Mitchell Freeway, and 5 minutes from Sorrento Quay and Hillary's Boat Harbour Resort, where you can explore our beautiful beaches and all the bargains and benefits their facilities have to offer. Restaurants, Cafes, Shops and AQWA (The Aquarium of Western Australia), are just a few of the great things to be enjoyed during your stay. FacilitiesTV, DVD player and Air-conditioning. Each kitchen area has a 2 burner cooking facility, microwave, Fridge and large benchtop with a mix of utensils should you wish to cook. To state the obvious, each apartment has it's own separate modern bathroom. The lower level apartments have double adjoining doors (soundproof) which maybe useful if 2 couples are travelling together or you have a couple of grown children. The Upper Level apartment has a separate bedroom with a 320 degree views from the balcony. We are walking distance from the local shopping centre, dine-in or home delivery restaurants and transport. |
